Who is Sterling Cannon?
I'm an oculoplastic surgeon with a wife, adopted kids from diverse backgrounds, and a lot of opinions about what actually matters in life.
I spent the first half of my career chasing achievement, thinking the next win would finally make me feel like enough. Spoiler: it didn't work.
Somewhere along the way, I figured out that the identities we're sold... by culture, by ideology, by commerce... are traps designed to keep us anxious and dependent. The hustle lie. The comparison game. The endless performance.
Now I make content for people in their twenties who are figuring this out earlier than I did. Because your value was set before you achieved anything. And that changes everything.
I'm not here to sell you a system. I'm just saying what I wish someone told me.
